Spiritual Tour of Herat, Pt. 1

Herat is touted as "The ancient city of Herat" in most of the heritage site. We embarked on a spiritual journey one afternoon starting with the tomb of Khwaja Ghaltaan Wali. It is a small tomb, and I couldn't find any reference on the web about this saint.
My colleagues piqued my interest by mentioning that this tomb has a force field, and that if you lie down on the ground, the force makes you go round and round. As much as I believe in UFO cover-ups and alien autopsy, this really made me skeptical.

So, I asked about it, and there were some enthusiastic volunteers, who lied down to prove this point. The first person kept rolling, until his friends stopped him.

The second person rolled and stopped on his own without reaching the wall. Neither of them looked particularly convincing, but that's just me.

I am told that this works for 90% of the cases, and for some non-believers it doesn't work.

I really wanted to try it out, but ended up not indulging for fear of having to wash my fleece jacket afterwards in cold water, and not having anything to wear until it's dry. I am a non-believer for things like this, but I definitely believe in catching a cold from this freezing weather. So, we moved on to our next stop.
