I'm in a blah mode for last few days. Once every blue moon, I go through this phase, where I ask myself, "is this all there is?".
Usually this is a signal for change. I change appearance, change company, change location, or just change my actions. In the last blah phase, I took advantage of my insomnia, and started hitting the jogging trail at 5.30am in the morning. It gave me energy, and got me out of the funk.
This time I don't know what to do. More exercise? entertainment? vacation? distraction? shopping spree? spiritual quest? meditation?
The title comes from Michael Moore's documentary, Fahrenheit 911, where GWB is quoted in a dinner, "welcome to the haves and the have-mores". It always remind me that there's no end to desire, and fulfilling one only generates more.
To be continued...
