521. San Diego

I feel that I haven't been able to write anything meaningful due to the photos i'm posting from various adventures. So here's the last of the photo entries. If you like them, check out my facebook pages for more pics.

Juan Cabrillo, Portuguese explorer who found San Diego bay and named it San Miguel. He also imported small pox and wiped out the native population. This is his monument.

I went to my first little league game. My nephew Asir played for the A's, and they lost in the semi final for just one point (11-12). With him are Asef, and their mom, my cousin, Appi.

We also went to a beach north of Sonama beach, and got our feet wet.

San Diego is a fun town. We did the harbor cruise at Pacific Hornblower ship, and envied at the people living in Coronado Island.

Here's appi's family. She was amazingly nice, took time off from work, drove me around, did not let me pay for anything, and then in the end, asked me to pick a color for a gift. My two nephews were also game, and spent as much time as possible with me.

I also met my other cousin Shukti for dinner. She is also a great cook, and we were pigging out like anything.

So now i'm 10 pound heavier, but also happier.
