516. Weekend Chicago Tour, Pt.1

I'm wrapping up my Chicago tour today. I got here friday evening, and so far it's been hectic but very enjoyable. I left in Jan 2000, and never came back.

So, Saturday morning, I went with Paul to my favorite place in chicago, the IHOP in Andersonville. I had a big steak omelette, and gulped down a lot of coffee, and the world felt normal again.

Saturday noon, I met with Likivi and Erik at the Montros Harbor, where Paul's boat is parked. We went for a two hour sailing trip on Lake Michigan, which was very nice, it was windy, and Erik and Paul were kind enough to lend me sweaters and jackets.

This is the first time I actually used sunscreen in my entire life, and it was useful. I typically don't get sunburn, but it was really bright.
Likivi and I both suffer from motion sickness, so here Paul looks very happy to have us off his boat without any upchuck.

We ended up watching Indiana Jones movie in the evening, which was so bad, I had a hard time staying awake.
