OK, instead of best foot forward, I'm putting in my most embarassing picture from my trip to Goa. You can check out my other pics at my Flickr site.I had no idea how much weight I'd gained in past 3/4 years until I saw this picture (taken at Anjuna Beach), and couldn't recognize myself.
Nothing like taking it all off at the beach and letting it all hang out. I guess time to renew my gym membership.
The trip was good. This was one of those trips where I planned nothing, expected everything to go wrong, and then sure enough it did, and you just couldn't care less, and enjoyed the confusion.
And I conquered two things I feared, ocean and cold water. Someone pointed out that the Goa water wasn't that cold, I should go to norway or finland to recalibrate my definition, but I stick by it.
Things are true if you think they are. :-) I say I'm cured, so, I'm cured.
