Talent to Burn - My friend Helal

Helal, my ex-colleague has been a good friend since 2000. He's a great cook, he cooked a whole fish in front of us in 20 minutes. He's fluent in Chinese, having spent several years studying there. He has a very interesting past, I don't know anyone who's spent several years being a disk jockey in Uzbekistan. And boy does he have flair, every single piece of clothing he wears has bright colors and interesting patterns.

But what I admire most about him is his talent in art and animation. His watercolor works are breathtaking, I loved his show in Sonargaon Hotel back in 2002, and was disappointed that my favorite one was sold (he recently told me that he never got paid for that particular one).
