The first one is in Goa, Palolem beach. Wil caught me napping under the hot sun in an attempt to read Anna Karenina. My excuse was, I traveled a long distance to get to Goa, with no sleep in Kolkata and no break in Mumbai.
My colleague Helal bhai is responsible for this pic in our hotel room in Moulvibazar when we went for a field visit. He couldn't sleep all night because the room stank of cheap ciagarettes, but that didn't stop me from catching my beauty rest. He made fun of me for a long time.
This one is outside Kanta Nagar Temple in Dinajpur, northwest Bangladesh. After a nice cultural session, I just had to lie down and clown around. But mostly, I just wanted to lie down.
just to prove that I have other positions, this one was in Kuala Lumpur in the butterfly park.
And of course, sometimes I stand tall and let other species ponder who is the better man. It helps if you're not in chains.
