There's a live action version of the Tintin being produced right now. Apparently, Thomas Sangster, the boy in Love Actually, will play Tintin. Andy Serkis, who played Gollum in the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, will play captain Haddock. Steven Speilberg is supposed to direct the first installment.I love tintin. My first purchase in Afghanistan was a tee-shirt depicting Tintin in Bamyan. I'm really disappointed. None of these make any sense.
