Ah, snow, the staple of many poems. After 7 years in Dhaka (Brad Pitt did 7 years in Tibet, so I can't complain), it was a shock to get introduced to cold weather, muddy paths, draft through vents, etc.
Still, it's a beautiful city, and the dust is pretty nonexistent because of the snow - you can breath easier.
Also, insufficient snow would mean less water for irrigation for spring, and then drought and famine around Kabul area.Our world is linked. It all fits together.
