Truth well told

I found this Craig Ferguson video, and while watching this, I got a shiver of recognition. I had a similar experience in my life, maybe when I muster enough confidence, I'll write about it. But this video rang very true to me today.

I have an addictive personality, and part of the reason I'm somewhat obsessive-compulive is because I try to control myself when I recognize the pattern again.
