I just caught this moving photo on Flickr blog, and it just took me by surprise. I was there, i.e. Shwedagon Temple back in February, and I thought it was the most protected and most peaceful place in Yangon.

Even though peace is elusive, there's only so far acts of aggression and oppression can take you.

Here's hoping sense prevails.
