I try to avoid Eid holidays, and try to go out of town. Last October, I was in Goa, on the beach with Anna Karenina. This year's Eid day was less intellectual, and more relaxing. I woke up at noon, was dead tired after doing Prison Break marathon the day before where I watched 22 episodes of season 2 non-stop (started at 1am, finished at 8pm). So the goal was to relax, and relax I did.

Sara, who's now 15 months old, had a custom made Eid dress, and here she is, trying to leap out of Nagmul, my eldest cousin in Banani.

My aunt, my mom's 2nd sister, had too many varieties of food as usual, and we gobbled them up as usual as the Eid ritual. My bro kept Sara on his lap to take this pic where she's happy.

The happy baby facing away from us is Proggya, my cousin Aditi's second-born.

Here's my youngest Aunt, with Shumit and Lisa, my cousin and sister/cousin-in-law. They were exhausted from all the food.

As was Babu and Shoma, bro and sis-in-law.

So was I. I tried to play with Proggya, but then fell asleep on the floor.

My uncle had to wake up for us, and here's him dozing off. So, finally, we took Sara and Promi to the roof for some fresh air. I needed it, otherwise, i'd have been sleeping even more.

Here's Promi and Sara posing

And here's Babu posing.
