Rimon was our tour guide to Sundarbans back in Jan 2006. He did such a fabulous job, we've all been friends since then. Except I haven't seen him since then. I've only heard from Anna and Anna that he was in Dhaka, got married, and was moving to Australia. And I missed the dinner opportunities to catch up.
So, after 18 months, suddenly he added me on facebook, and Linda and I took this opportunity to invite him for some dosa loving at the Time Out. He is the perfect dinner guest, arrived earlier than both of us, kept us entertained with his dolphin conservation project stories, and didn't eat anything. And better yet, he treated us to ice-cream afterwards.
If only there were more dinner guests like this!
