Finger lickin' good

My colleague Dr. Helal sent me the following in an email. Since I'm still in my capital budgeting midterm mode, I'm just copying it in to to. No comment about my ring or my finger. I have another finger in my mind, but the Net Present Value is getting a lot of it.

Why wedding ring should be put on the fourth finger??
