Friday morning at Lalbag(h) must be the best time to visit Lalbag Fort. People in old Dhaka hasn't woken up yet, so the usual crowd isn't there. Past couple of times, we were almost mobbed.According to Banglapaedia, construction of the fort began on 1678, and after 1688, it was abandoned. The tomb of Bibi Pari, Shaista Khan's young daughter stands majestically on the entrance.
At Tk.5 for entry, it is a cheap dating site, so it was nice to be able to walk around and enjoy only the natural view.
Highly recommended for Dhaka tourists.
