I had no idea how many personal blogs websites were out there until I heard two news items this week. Pamela Anderson posted her wedding announcement on her blog. So did Darren Hayes of Savage Garden, who wed his partner in UK. And if you count Tori Spelling and Britney Spears, all of whom made announcements on their official websites.
I find a bit narcissistic to assume that the whole world will read my web page everyday to see what I've been up to. Sometimes, I'm very uncomfortable to share my day-to-day experiences in this page... "dear diary, today I washed my face with Evian just like Cameron Diaz, and it felt just purrfect!"
Anyways, I think my blog should have a wedding announcement. On July 07, 2007 (07/07/07), Mr. Mannan will walk the aisle. He will wear a garland of yellow and white roses, and will say the words, "Kabul" and "I do".
Now wouldn't it be great?
